Our store has a no return and no refund policy. We understand that custom-made items are tailored to your specific preferences and cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on these items.

Our team works closely with you throughout the design process to ensure that your item is made to your exact specifications and that you are completely satisfied with the final product.
However, if there is an issue with the item you receive due to a mistake on our end, we will work with you to find a solution and make it right. We stand behind our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
